Hot Fuzz (2007)

Simon Pegg is just GREAT.
I've watched this film three or four times now, and what makes it hilarious is Simon Pegg's reaction to the circumstances that happen around him, just like in Shaun of the Dead. Simon's primary talent lies in his reaction to the events and happenings which occur around the characters that he plays. He reacts the way those of us would react in real life, yet with a comical but serious real-life aspect to each occurence, and seeing those reactions on the big screen certainly induce a laugh-a-minute reaction. I personally like him. I also like the fact that he and Nick Frost are such great friends, and that they have shared their careers with each other, starring in more than one film together as a result. They both deserve to be on the silver screen for years to come, and I for one will be looking forward to future films starring both of them together. Great show Simon, and great show Nick. Looking forward to seeing you both in your next film.

I just didn't think it was that funny.
"Shaun of the Dead" is fricking HILARIOUS, but "Hot Fuzz" is mildly amusing at best.

After a promising start, say the first 20 mins or so, the film drags on for another hour eliciting few chuckles. The ending (last 1/2 hr)--though funnier-also drags.

"Awesome"
I love this movie it is my favorite(movie). I would give it a 10 out of 10 if the ratings could go that high. It is a must see. I bought it and I watch it almost every night. Please make more movies. Your movies are awesome. I love Shaun of the dead, Dead Right, and Hot Fuzz. You are my favorite director. and Nick and Simon are my favorite actors.
