NO PLOT ODD HUMOR and of course Tom Green. It's kinda sad that America was so fascinated by this man for so long but oh well Hind Sight is always 20/20

I Don't care what any of you haters say, Tom Green is the man, and this movie is now an instant classic of comedies. It's pure Tom Green Comedy, and the only movie of it's kind! It Rulez!!!

I really shouldn't have found this funny...but...
This has got to be the most hated movie of the 00's, or at least one of them. Understandably so, it features one of the most annoying personalities ever doing the stupidest things ever, most of the time in a desperate attempt to get some kind of reaction from the audience. But it is in fact a comedy, and although I hate to admit it, I laughed. I laughed a lot at this movie because the sheer idiocy is just unsurpassed. It's packed with disgusting scenarios, crude sexual humor, complete randomness, and is over brimming with obscenity.

The DVD jacket is divided into three pages/categories: The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good being the one single positive review the film received. The bad being a collage of the million negative reviews the film recieved. The ugly simply being a photo of Tom Green. So as you can see, this is pretty much a film that gets off on how many people it disgusted. The truth is, there are a lot of movies out there that tried to do the exact same thing. Y'know, be the end-all be-all stupid comedy movie. However none of them manage to surpass Freddy got Fingered. I can't really describe the plot because there really wasn't one. In summary, a screw off animator (Green), seeks the approval of his resentful father (Rip Torn). That's about it. However as a very frequent movie-goer, I can honestly say that I've endured far less enjoyable experiences than Freddy got Fingered.

Personally I found the film to be pretty funny. If you are among the many who hated it, Tom Green is now drifting in show-biz obscurity, so justice was served. If you like movies like Napoleon Dynamite, The Scary Movie series, Not Another Teen Movie, Road Trip, I guess this would be up your alley. If not I wouldn't recommend this.
